1. Confidentiality

All materials made available in the investor data room are strictly confidential. You agree to keep them confidential, use them only to evaluate a possible investment in performeight, and not to reproduce, share, forward or publish them without prior written consent.

2. Personal, non-transferable access

Access is granted to a named individual. Credentials must not be shared. Access may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion.

3. Logging and watermarks

Document opens, downloads, active viewing time and AI-assistant queries are logged for security and audit purposes. Documents may be watermarked with your identifier.

4. No offer / forward-looking statements

Materials in the data room do not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. Forward-looking statements reflect current expectations and may prove inaccurate.

5. Return or deletion

On revocation or completion of the evaluation, you will destroy or delete any materials obtained from the data room on request.
